I agree with the goals of the Association I am aware of the content of the Deed of foundation of the Association. I declare the regulations of the Deed of Foundation and goals of the Association obligatory on me and shall engage in the work and activity of the Association and shall pay the membership fee determined.

I accept and undertake to fulfill the members’ obligations. I acknowledge that as member of the Association I shall have the rights and obligations as detailed in the Deed of foundation of the Association and the resolutions of the executive bodies of the Association.

Being aware of criminal liability I declare that the above data is real and correct. I consent to the handling of my above personal data by the Association in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and furthermore I expressly consent to the indication of the above data in the list of members of the Association.
